Born on the trail
GoodDog Co was born on the trail, alongside our muse, our good girl, Arya.
Spending time outdoors with her showed us how deeply dogs thrive when they’re given space to move, explore, and simply be dogs. Watching her joy and confidence grow on the trail made one thing clear: this is what dogs are meant for—and we wanted to offer that same experience to others.

Time outdoors, done right
At GoodDog Co, our aim is simple yet intentional: to give dogs the kind of time outdoors they’re instinctively wired for.
Time on the trail allows dogs to fulfill their natural needs—movement, scent exploration, mental engagement, social connection, and freedom within structure. Our hikes are designed to support these instincts while maintaining steady guidance and safety every step of the way.

Small packs, better days
We keep our packs intentionally small so dogs spend more time exploring the trail and less time in transit. Smaller groups also allow for better supervision, a balanced group dynamic, and more meaningful time spent outdoors with other like-minded dogs.

Comfort when you’re away
We understand how difficult it can be to be away from your dog. Whether you’re traveling or managing a busy schedule, being apart isn’t always easy—for you or for them. That’s why our in-home overnight care and extended services are designed to provide comfort, companionship, and continuity, helping reduce stress and keep dogs feeling secure while their humans are away.

Thoughtful by design
Safety guides every decision we make. Dogs are outfitted with GPS collars on our hikes (unless they have their own), and we are fully insured. We also complete Standard Criminal History checks through the Maine State Police State Bureau of Identification, along with driving record checks—because trust and transparency are essential when caring for your family member.
